401(k) Suit Against Kraft Moves Forward

Law360 (March 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a notable decision for companies embroiled in litigation over their retirement plans, a federal judge has denied Kraft Foods Global Inc.’s request to dismiss a proposed class action alleging breach of fiduciary duty against the company and its 401(k) plan sponsors.
