Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 1:29 PM EST) -- A plaintiff has asked a federal appeals court to revisit its decision to nix a putative class action that accused Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan of violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act when it negotiated a deal that resulted in higher rates for participants in self-insured plans.
