DOJ Joins $120M Dallas School District FCA Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 5:53 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has officially joined a False Claims Act whistleblower suit accusing Micro System Enterprises Inc. and its already jailed owner of shelling out more than $2 million in bribes to win technology contracts with the Dallas Independent School District.
