DOL Seeks To End Bush-Era Pay Bias Requirements

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 6:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs is seeking to rescind two elements of a Bush-era executive order that requires the office to follow guidelines it considers too rigid when investigating pay discrimination among government contractors.
