Law360 (January 3, 2011, 2:50 PM EST) -- Sony Corp. has accused LG Electronics Inc. in a district court of infringing seven mobile phone patents, and urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to block imports of the popular smartphones and cell phones at issue.
On Dec. 28, Sony filed an infringement action in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and lodged a complaint at the ITC over LG’s allegedly unfair trade practices.
