Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 2:39 PM EST) -- A former executive of an Indian laminate manufacturer told a federal appeals court Monday that a lower court wrongfully ignored two smoking gun documents when it dismissed a case against the State Bank of India over the allegedly fraudulent sale of the company.
