Contract Claims Cut From Wells Fargo Mortgage Action

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 8:29 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss a putative class action accusing Wells Fargo Bank NA of tricking delinquent mortgage holders into making payments even as their properties headed into foreclosure, though he did trim breach of contract claims from the suit.
