Verizon Workers Appeal Case Over GPS Tracking Phones

Law360, New York (January 4, 2011, 6:06 PM EST) -- Verizon New England Inc. workers are fighting to revive their case over the telecommunications giant's requirement that they carry phones with GPS tracking systems on the job, which they say violates their privacy and breaches a cell phone contract.
