Plaintiffs Narrow Claims In Cement Price-Fixing Cases

Law360, New York (January 5, 2011, 3:52 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs in price-fixing class actions against Prestige AB Management Co. LLC and three concrete companies have amended their complaints to include only alleged misdeeds that occurred after February 2008, following a judge's ruling that earlier claims lacked evidence.

In separate complaints filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the plaintiffs altered their allegations to include only those customers who bought cement from the defendants after Feb. 11, 2008.
