GAO Nixes Serco Protest Over Army Support Contract

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 3:49 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected Serco Inc.'s arguments that two other companies were ineligible for an Army contract to provide support services for bases and facility closures in Iraq because of organizational conflicts of interest.
