Kason Strikes Deal In Food Equipment Antitrust Suit

Law360 (January 6, 2011, 1:28 PM EST) -- Kason Industries Inc. on Thursday struck a settlement in a consolidated class action over alleged price-fixing of commercial food service equipment, a day after its former president was sentenced to probation and home confinement on related criminal charges.
