Law360, New York (January 6, 2011, 1:54 PM EST) -- A patent-holding company has appealed a judge's decision to dismiss its $500 million antitrust suit accusing telecommunications giants Verizon Communications Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Ericsson Inc. of conspiring to bully small patent owners and licensors out of business.
