Judge Tosses Claims In $1.2B Blackwater FCA Suit

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 2:27 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed whistleblowers’ claims that Blackwater Worldwide fraudulently charged the government for Iraq and Afghanistan security work performed by unqualified, criminal and steroid-addled contractors from a $1.2 billion false claims suit, saying those charges were already public knowledge.
