Goodlatte To Lead House IP Subpanel

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 2:12 PM EST) -- Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., has been tapped to chair the newly reinstated U.S. House of Representatives subcommittee focusing on intellectual property, copyright, information technology and antitrust matters in the digital realm.

Goodlatte was one of five Republican subcommittee chairmen announced Friday by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, who will take control of the panel during the 112th Congress.
