Supreme Court Won't Hear Contractor Legal Fees Suit

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 3:37 PM EST) -- The nation’s high court on Monday shot down a defense contractor’s bid to recover more than $1.6 million in legal fees from the government following its successful challenge to a U.S. Department of Defense policy favoring minority-owned contractors.
