Pinkerton Can't Shake Air Force Base OT Action

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 2:38 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed Pinkerton Government Services Inc.'s bid to partially dismiss a wage-and-hour collective action brought by Pinkerton guards who worked on Andrews Air Force Base, rejecting the contractor's argument that state laws shouldn't apply to federal domains.

Judge Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland dismissed Pinkerton's motion in a one-page order Monday.
