Fairey, AP Near Deal In Obama Poster Fight

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 2:39 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a high-profile copyright fight between the Associated Press and an artist over an iconic image of President Barack Obama because of a “suggestion of settlement,” but claims involving the artist’s company will continue.
