Mabey Army Contract Sustained Amid Alleged Fraud

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 3:01 PM EST) -- The federal government has escaped a lawsuit challenging the integrity of a U.S. Army contract awarded to Mabey Bridge & Shore Inc., convincing a judge that well-documented bribery charges involving one of the company's affiliates were adequately considered during bidding.
