Northwest Attendants Press On With Strike Fight

Law360, New York (April 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unwilling to accept defeat, the union representing Northwest Airlines Corp. flight attendants intends to call for a review of a decision that barred the workers from striking against the bankrupt airline.

The Association of Flight Attendants came out swinging on Tuesday, vowing not to let the ruling handed down last week by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit stand without a fight.
