Ex-Clark Dodge Brokers File OT Class Action

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 7:17 PM EST) -- A putative class of Clark Dodge & Co. Inc. stockbrokers accused the financial services company Wednesday of willfully failing to pay them a premium rate for their overtime hours and taking illegal deductions from their paychecks.

The complaint, which was filed in New York Supreme Court on behalf of Deric Menga and Wilfred Ignace, named the company and its president, Joseph Vincent DiMauro, as defendants.
