RadioShack, AT&T Can't Shake Fraud Action

Law360 (January 13, 2011, 3:44 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to toss a class action accusing RadioShack Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC of defrauding customers by not telling them about the high cost of downloading too much data with their wireless Internet connections.

Although he did not rule on the merits of the case, Judge Timothy D. DeGiusti of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma ruled Wednesday that the complaint against the retailer and phone giant was adequately laid out.
