Judge Won't Toss $1.2B FCA Suit Against Xe

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 2:15 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied a bid by Xe Services LLC, formerly known as Blackwater Worldwide, to dismiss a suit from two ex-employees claiming it overcharged the government for security work, ruling that an amended complaint was properly filed.
