Enviro Groups Sue EPA Over Particulate Plan Inaction

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 6:40 PM EST) -- WildEarth Guardians and the Sierra Club have launched a suit seeking to make the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency take action on more than three dozen states' and territories' plans for controlling particulate matter pollution under the Clean Air Act.
