Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 7:26 PM EST) -- A creditor group that includes billionaire John Paulson accused Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. in a hearing Thursday of failing to win creditor support for a proposed restructuring plan, which lawyers for the bankrupt investment bank acknowledged is behind schedule.
