Subcontractor Seeks $14.5M For Tenn. Electric Job

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 6:05 PM EST) -- An electrical subcontractor has revived its lawsuit for some $14.5 million in unpaid bills against a contractor and insurers over the construction of an enriched uranium storage facility at Tennessee's Oak Ridge National Laboratory after settlement negotiations fell apart.

Broadway Electric Service Corp. filed an amended complaint Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee for $14.5 million in unpaid electrical work the subcontractor said it performed on the project.
