Judge Postpones Ruling On Mesa's Ch. 11 Plan

Law360 (January 14, 2011, 8:00 PM EST) -- A judge refrained Friday from ruling on a restructuring plan proposed by bankrupt Mesa Air Group Inc. following a hearing in which a creditor accused the company of seeking to keep control out of the hands of new stockholders.
