Domino's Delivered Less Than Minimum Wage: Driver

Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 1:33 PM EST) -- A former Domino's Pizza LLC delivery driver has launched a proposed class action accusing the pizza chain of effectively paying less than minimum wage by forcing drivers to cover for their own gas, maintenance and other vehicle-related expenses.
