Softchoice Renews Bid To Join Google-DOI Row

Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 5:40 PM EST) -- Softchoice Corp. has renewed its bid to intervene as a defendant in Google Inc.'s protest of a federal cloud computing contract awarded to Microsoft Corp., producing what it claims is evidence of its contractor status.

Softchoice, a reseller of Microsoft's cloud computing product line, filed its renewed motion to intervene Friday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, about 10 days after Judge Susan G. Braden reneged on an initial order granting intervention.
