High Court Declines Appeal Of Window Defect Classes

Law360 (January 18, 2011, 3:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear Pella Corp.'s appeal of a decision to certify two classes in a suit over alleged defects in millions of the company's windows.

In a ruling Tuesday, the high court denied the window maker's petition for writ of certiorari, giving no reason for its decision not to hear the case.
