Century 21 Faces OT Action Over Off-Hour Tasks

Law360, New York (January 19, 2011, 2:46 PM EST) -- A former employee of Century 21 Department Stores LLC has launched a proposed class action claiming the clothing chain failed to pay workers for the time they spent submitting to mandatory daily security searches and other off-the-clock activities.
