Small Biz Group Goes To High Court In FOIA Fight

Law360 (January 19, 2011, 7:01 PM EST) -- A small business advocacy group has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to determine whether the Freedom of Information Act forces federal agencies to turn over all records controlled by third parties, or only those controlled as part of records-management contracts.
