US Gets Boost In Raytheon Suit Over Unit Sales

Law360, New York (January 20, 2011, 4:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. has partly triumphed in its latest bid for summary judgment against defense contractor Raytheon Co., which says the government owes it millions of dollars related to the company's sale of four of its units in 2001.

Judge Nancy B. Firestone issued her sealed order Wednesday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, granting in part and denying in part the U.S.' motion for summary judgment or, in the alternative, partial summary judgment on Raytheon's two largest claims.
