Raytheon Bid-Rigging Suit Gets Bumped To DC Court

Law360, New York (January 21, 2011, 2:59 PM EST) -- Raytheon Technical Services Co. LLC has failed to convince a judge to keep a lawsuit accusing the company of trade secrets theft and bid-rigging on a roughly $1 billion air traffic controller training contract in federal rather than local court.
