Fulcra Fails To Win Back Iraq Troop Services Contract

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 2:47 PM EST) -- Fulcra Worldwide LLC has lost its effort to recover a multimillion-dollar contract to provide communication services to U.S. forces in Iraq from a rival that it said dramatically understated the costs of the work.

Judge Thomas C. Wheeler handed down his sealed opinion in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday, granting the U.S. and intervenor-defendant SOS International Ltd. judgment on the administrative record and turning down Fulcra's bids for the same.
