BP Hit With RICO Action In Deepwater Horizon MDL

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 3:26 PM EST) -- A new class action filed in the federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon disaster claims that BP PLC violated racketeering laws in its statements to federal regulators before and after the oil spill.
