KC-X Data Leak Damage Contained, Air Force Says

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 12:11 PM EST) -- U.S. Air Force officials told a skeptical U.S. Senate panel on Thursday that the inadvertent exposure of confidential data to bidders in its KC-X tanker procurement should not derail the impending award of the long-delayed, $30 billion contract.
