Win For Allstate, But Not State Farm In Katrina Suits

Law360 (January 25, 2011, 4:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge has nixed two False Claims Act suits accusing Allstate Insurance Co. and others of defrauding the U.S. government following Hurricane Katrina, but another case brought by claims managers against State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. will continue.
