Lamebook Suit A Ploy In Trademark Row, Facebook Says

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 6:46 PM EST) -- Facebook Inc. has asked a federal judge to toss Lamebook LLC's declaratory judgment suit, claiming it was a gambit to block Facebook from choosing which venue to litigate its trademark claims against the parody blog.
