Delta's Restructuring Plan Inspires Objections

Law360, New York (April 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wilmington Trust Company has asked the court overseeing Delta Air Lines Inc.’s Chapter 11 proceedings to hold off on confirming Delta’s reorganization plan unless it is amended to correct alleged disparate treatment of similarly situated creditors

Wilmington Trust filed its limited objection Friday. Objections to the plan were also filed on behalf of King County, Washington and Multnomah County, Oregon, on Friday and Monday, respectively. A hearing on whether or not to confirm Delta's plan, which was filed in February, is slated for April 25....
