Raytheon Disputes Ruling In Adjustment Cost Spat

Law360 (January 26, 2011, 8:47 PM EST) -- Raytheon Co. has argued that a court relied on the wrong Federal Circuit ruling in granting the U.S. government partial summary judgment in their dispute over millions of dollars in pension adjustments the contractor sought after selling off four units.
