GAO Cans Protest Over Voided Lumber Contracts

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 5:18 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has shot down Progressive Services Corp.’s claim that the Defense Logistics Agency pulled the plug on two lumber procurements to avoid official review of the way the contracts were awarded.

The GAO made its denial of the company’s protest over the voided lumber orders public on Friday.
