Enviro Sues Again Over San Diego Navy Complex

Law360 (January 26, 2011, 3:06 PM EST) -- An advocacy group has launched another lawsuit over the private development of a U.S. Navy-owned San Diego complex, accusing the U.S. Department of Defense and others of failing to adequately investigate the project’s potential environmental impact.

The San Diego Navy Broadway Complex Coalition filed the lawsuit on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, invoking the National Environmental Policy Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.
