Judge Won't Revisit Raytheon Pension Funds Ruling

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 4:57 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Raytheon Co.'s request to revisit a partial summary judgment award for the U.S. government in a contract dispute over $85 million in pension funds Raytheon sought after selling off four units.

Judge Nancy B. Firestone of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday denied Raytheon's motion to reconsider her Jan. 19 ruling, holding that nothing in an appellate ruling the company cited compelled reconsideration.
