Goldman’s Tourre Seeks Deposition Delay In SEC Suit

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 7:14 PM EST) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. executive Fabrice Tourre is fighting to delay depositions in the U.S. government's fraud suit against him, saying he needs more time to sift through more than 1 million documents and collect additional information from third parties.
