US Beats Resort Contractor's Compensation Claims

Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 7:51 PM EST) -- A federal judge has let the U.S. government off the hook from a lawsuit brought by Laguna Hermosa Corp., finding that an earlier ruling against the resort operator barred its claims over facilities it built on contracted property.
