SBA Extends Deadlines For Size Determination, Appeals

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 12:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Small Business Administration adopted a rule Wednesday extending the time it has to make a formal size determination for companies seeking small business set-aside awards and shortening its response time to appeals of size status from contractors.
