Luxe NYC Eateries Served Up FLSA Violations: Suit

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 7:35 PM EST) -- As New York City marks its annual Restaurant Week, upscale Manhattan eateries Cafe Boulud, Bobby Van's Steakhouse and Cafe Centro have been hit with proposed overtime class actions by members of their waitstaff.
