3 Staffers Hit Hologic With Overtime Action

Law360 (February 3, 2011, 5:56 PM EST) -- Three clinical education specialists have launched a proposed class action claiming medical device supplier Hologic Inc. stiffed them for wages earned during lunch breaks and time spent traveling and for working late.

The employees alleged that Hologic and its Suros Surgical Systems Inc. unit violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and California labor laws, in a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California by John W. Pillette and Julieanna Vinogradsky of Pillette Law Office PC.
