Wayport Sued Over Patents For Internet Access At Hotels, Airports

Law360 (September 22, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two privately-held New Hampshire companies have sued a Texas-based rival for infringement of patents covering wired and wireless internet access to customers in hotels and airports across the country.
