Arizona Looks To Shake Ansel Adams Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (February 3, 2011, 7:17 PM EST) -- Arizona is fighting to ditch civil conspiracy and unfair competition counterclaims it faces from consulting firm PRS Media Partners LLC and a California man in a trademark infringement suit brought by the Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust.

Arizona Assistant Attorney General Robert R. McCright lodged the state's motion to dismiss in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Thursday, arguing that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the counterclaims.
